Precision • Precision Prep • Power Petite
Precision Pre-Professional is Storm's Elite competition company. With countless regional and national first place trophies, Precision has solidified Storm Dance Alliances's studio as one of the Top 10 Studios in the Northwest. Our Precision Pre-Professional Company trains with top choreographers and dancers from around the country. They compete at 5-6 competitions during the season, plus a nationals. Solos and duets are optional.
The Precision Dance team will start with dance intensives in August, establishing groups, roles and routines. Choreorgraphy begin to take place in August. In-studio practices will begin in September, 3-4 days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays to learn, clean and finalize routines.
Company Intensives are August 9-12
Precision Pre-Professional dancers will also play an essential role in annual holiday production of The Nutcracker Ballet.
What do you get on Precision?
- 4 Competitive dances (minimum) + Precision Production (9 dances maximum)
- Solos and duets are optional
- 5-6 Regional Competitions (1-2 will be out of state and require travel)
- 1 Nationals (requires travel)
- 3 conventions - 2 In studio and 1 Travel (Chicago area)
Classes Included in montly tuition package (per week):
- 3 - Ballet Classes
- 1 - Stretch & Technique Class
- 1 - Jazz Class
- 1 - Contemporary Class
- 1 - Hip Hop Class
- 1 - Tap Class
- 1 - Pilates or Specialty Class

Company Rehearsals for each dance they are in will be weekly. We will practice production during the week this year on a regular weekly day. Classes for Precision are Monday, Wednesday, Thurs-day and Saturday. We do not rehearse weekends in the summer, and will not rehearse Tuesdays unless it is an EMERGENCY
